Great gift, minor delivery hiccup
I bought a personalized jewelry box for my daughter's birthday. The ordering process was very straightforward on the website, and the personalization preview was helpful. Nice products, slow personalization
I ordered a personalized step stool and a set of personalized address labels. The quality of both items is quite good for the price; the step stool is sturdy and the labels look professional. However, the personalization for the step stool took longer than I anticipated, about 10 days before it even shipped. The address labels came much quicker. When I called customer service to check on the step stool, they were polite but couldn't really expedite anything. The packaging was good, nothing was damaged. It's a decent option if you're not in a hurry for personalized items, but something to keep in mind.
